Remarque importante pour l’organisation et le déroulement des ateliers
Chers amis !
Nous avons clôturé la procédure de candidature pour le programme des ateliers de la 3e Conférence mondiale des femmes de base en Tunisie. Afin de pouvoir établir le calendrier du programme des ateliers des 5 et 6 septembre 2022, nous aimerions savoir combien de temps vous avez prévu pour votre atelier.
Nous avons 3 heures le matin et 3 heures l’après-midi pour les deux jours.
Merci de nous dire si 3 heures suffisent ou si vous préférez organiser votre atelier sur 2 jours, soit le matin, soit l’après-midi. Si vous avez besoin de plus de temps que 6 heures au total, veuillez nous le faire savoir.

Guide pour la préparation et la réalisation des ateliers
Les ateliers font partie intégrante du programme de masse de la Conférence mondiale des femmes. Ils servent à une discussion de masse, à la consultation et à l’échange sur des questions centrales du mouvement international des femmes combatives.
Comme les conférences continentales et régionales n’ont lieu que maintenant, le délai d’inscription est le 01 août 2022. l’inscription doit contenir une description du contenu et du déroulement de l’atelier. Veuillez l’envoyer au GT Ateliers par e-mail. Email : meralcicek@outlook.com
1. préparation commune : les groupes et les individus qui s’inscrivent pour organiser un atelier doivent le préparer et le réaliser ensemble. Le GT Ateliers transmettra les coordonnées respectives afin que vous puissiez communiquer entre vous. Les organisations de femmes qui souhaitent participer aux ateliers en tant que porte-parole ou animatrices sont priées de s’inscrire avant le 01.08.2022.
2. Cette fois encore, deux jours du programme de la conférence seront consacrés à des ateliers. Il est possible de diviser un atelier – la première moitié le 05/09/2022 et la suite le 06/09/22. Ainsi, la participation à deux ateliers différents est possible. En conséquence, les ateliers devraient être organisés dans le temps.
3. La Conférence mondiale des femmes ne peut pas assurer la traduction et la technique des ateliers au niveau central. Chaque atelier devrait donc prévoir des possibilités de traduction (chuchotage, spider, etc.). Si vous avez besoin d’aide, veuillez vous adresser au GT Ateliers.
4. Tout le matériel et la technique nécessaires à l’atelier (par exemple, vidéoprojecteur, tableau, papier… stylos, etc.) doivent être fournis par les groupes de préparation eux-mêmes.
5. Chaque groupe d’atelier doit créer une affiche avec le titre de son atelier et l’afficher sur place.
6. Veuillez rédiger un compte-rendu de la réalisation : nombre de participants, nationalités, débats clés avec leurs contradictions, particularités dans les pays, expériences positives. Vous pouvez présenter à l’Assemblée générale une résolution adoptée dans votre atelier.
7. Veuillez remettre le procès-verbal et les résolutions aux responsables de l’atelier.
