4.3 Resolution on Afghanistan

by Laima

We protest against the Taliban’s refusal to allow Afghan women to leave the country. But Afghan women are loud and proud, and international women were still able to hear them through the video sent by RAWA: “The situation we are experiencing today is not a mistake of history, but the result of a deliberate imperialist strategy designed to weaken, divide, and keep our country more easily exploitable.” And what we know for sure is that when women learn to stand up for their rights, they are unstoppable.

4.4 Resolution Gurkha

Resolution Proposal: On the Situation of the Wives of Gurkha’s

The wives of the Gurkha live under conditions defined by strict patriarchal control, deep social isolation, and heavy domestic burdens. This is not the result of “tradition,” but of a colonial legacy that reshaped social relations, entrenched militarized structures, and institutionalized women’s subordination.

Today, this oppression is reinforced by the colonial laws still upheld by the respective states, like the United Kingdom (UK) and Singapore, which deprive these women of basic human rights — including the right to work, the freedom to move independently, access to social protections, and legal recognition as autonomous individuals. Their situation is a direct expression of ongoing colonial domination.

We resolve to:

  1. The complete abolishment of the Gurkha system
  2. Recognize the situation of the wives of Gurkha as a political consequence of patriarchy, feudal social relations, militarized masculinity, and the continued enforcement of colonial laws that restrict women’s basic rights.
  3. Support their struggle in our respective countries, raising awareness about their living conditions, challenging the legal frameworks that reinforce their oppression, and integrating their fight into our broader women’s liberation work.

We commit ourselves to confronting the colonial and patriarchal systems that restrict these women’s lives. Their struggle for dignity, autonomy, and rights is inseparable from our collective struggle for women’s liberation and true social emancipation.

Kathmandu, 29 November 2025.

4.5 Resolutions Nepal

Suggestions for Resolutions

  1. Because of increasing carbon emissions, the ice of the Himalayas is melting, and the mountains are becoming increasingly dark. This has a serious effect on the environment as a whole.
  2. Women are trafficked cheaply and sexually exploited in the global labor market. Therefore, they must be provided with fair wages and necessary protections.
  3. Nepal is an agricultural country, but due to hybrid seeds introduced by imperialist forces, Nepal’s indigenous seeds have become commodities. The excessive use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides has destroyed soil fertility and has also seriously affected human health.
  4. Women Liberation is impossible without class liberation. Therefore, all women should unite together for the establishment of socialism.

4.6 Resolution Cameroon

RESOLUTIONS CAMEROON

1. Sudan is currently experiencing the worst humanitarian crisis in the world (UN, 2025). Women are victims of the ruling political and military classes, who prioritise predation over human lives. Similarly, imperialist and reactionary states each support their own military groups in order to protect their interests. The World Grassroots Women’s Conference strongly condemns this situation and renews its support for all Sudanese comrades and women. It pledges to support their struggle for liberation and freedom by all means of struggle.

2. The World Women’s Conference strongly condemns the arrests of all women imprisoned for their political, ecological, social and feminist beliefs. It calls for the immediate and unconditional release of comrades in Cameroon, Turkey, Afghanistan, India and everywhere else in the world.

Thank you

4.7 Resolution Kongo

RESOLUTION ON THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO (DRC)

Resolution on the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC)

Adopted by the women gathered at the Theoretical Conference in Nepal – 2025. We, the women gathered at the Theoretical Conference in Nepal, express our deep concern regarding the persistent crisis in the Eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, where populations particularly women continue to endure massacres, forced displacement, and sexual violence used as a weapon of war.

We firmly condemn the attacks carried out by armed groups and denounce the central role played by multinational corporations and their regional allies in fueling and prolonging the conflict, driven by a desire to illegally appropriate the country’s strategic resources. We call for the recognition of the Congolese genocide (GENOCOST), which has already claimed more than 10,000,000 lives, as well as an end to the attacks, the protection of civilians, territorial integrity, and the full sovereignty of the Congolese people over their natural wealth.

We affirm our solidarity with the women of the DRC in their struggle for peace, dignity, and justice.

4.8 Resolution West Sahara

Final Resolution of Union of Saharawi Women. UNMS

1. We condemn the Moroccan violence against Saharawi women in the occupied territory of WesternSahara.
2. We reject the UNO’s recent decision of autonomy or any other imperialist solution that denies our right to liberation.
3. We affirm our resistance and commitment to the women’s struggle for liberation and internationalism.

4.9 Resolution Sudan

We, the women gathered at the Theoretical Conference in Nepal, express our solidarity with the Sudanese people, especially the women who are bearing the full weight of war, sexual violence, forced displacement, and the collapse of essential services.

We condemn the confrontation between rival military factions and denounce the foreign interference that fuels, finances, and prolongs the conflict to the detriment of civilian populations. We recall that the Sudanese crisis is rooted in a long history of imperialist predation and resource plundering, which has deprived the Sudanese people of their sovereignty.

We call for an immediate ceasefire and the effective protection of civilians, enabling Sudanese women and men to rebuild their country in peace, justice, and dignity.

4.10 Resolution South Africa

Resolutions of South Africa

. Let us recognize that capitalism and patriarchy are connected systems that create women’s oppression.

. We must advocate for a socialist society that will promote gender equality.

. We must demand the state to take responsibility and punish violence against women and children.

. We must support socialist feminism to always challenge patriarchal capitalism and promote women’s liberation.

. Human needs must be prioritized over cooperate profits, so that we can have sustainable development that protects the environment.

As Marx had stated: “Men and Women should fight their struggles together, as united classes rather than separate”

. We must promote international solidarity, as we build global resistance – To challenge capitalism, imperialism so that we promote Women’s liberation.

4.11 Resolution Botswana

Challenges

1. High rate of unemployment among women and young people. The government is the main employer, so people especially graduates rely more on government for employment. Some poverty striken homes depend on the government for food hampers

Resolution:
Creation of jobs by both government and private sector, and also empowering individual citizens to start businesses that can create jobs for other Botswana.

2. Climate change

Botswana’s temperature are high and there is less rainfall. This therefore affects agriculture industry growth. This therefore leads to Botswana relying on importing food from other countries.

Resolution:
Teaching Botswana, and developing other forms of farming that will withstand the harsh climate conditions so that Botswana can be reliant on food production.

4.12 Resolution Sri Lanka

Title of Resolution

Resolution for Immediate and Sustained Action to Alleviate Human Suffering and Rebuild Communities Affected by Cyclone & Flood Disaster in Sri Lanka, 27,28,29 November 2025

Resolution: Conclusion & Call to Action

We, the undersigned stakeholders, affirm that the recent cyclone- and flood-induced disasters in Sri Lanka constitute an urgent humanitarian and development crisis requiring immediate and sustained action.

We hereby commit to mobilizing resources, coordinating efforts, and implementing this resolution — in order to save lives, alleviate suffering, restore dignity to affected communities, rebuild infrastructure, and build resilience against future climate-related disasters. We call on all relevant stakeholders — national and local authorities, humanitarian agencies, community organizations, international partners and the global community — to support and act upon this resolution without delay

Background (to explain Resolution)

on 27–28 November 2025, heavy torrential rains — brought by Cyclone Ditwah — caused extreme flooding and landslides across wide parts of Sri Lanka, especially in the eastern and central mountainous regions.Between Thursday and Friday rainfall amounts exceeded 300 mm in several affected zones, leading to catastrophic flooding, river and reservoir overflows, landslides, and widespread infrastructural damage.

The disaster has inflicted severe human losses and widespread displacement, as of latest official reports, at least 56 people have died, 21 remain missing, and 14 are injured.

Roughly 43,991 people (from 12,313 families) have been directly affected, with many forced to seek refuge in public shelters or with relatives; houses have been destroyed, infrastructure damaged, and transport and essential services disrupted.

critical transport networks — roads and railway lines — have been blocked or submerged due to mud, fallen trees, landslides, and flooding, complicating rescue and relief operations and isolating many communities.

Whereas the scale of this disaster underscores the vulnerability of Sri Lanka to extreme weather events, likely exacerbated by climate catastrophe. and highlights the need for both immediate humanitarian response and long-term disaster risk reduction and resilience strategies.

4.13 Resolution Germany

A new youth organization of the fascist AFD is to be founded in Germany today. Last night, up to 57,000 people, mainly young people, from all over Germany set out to protest against this in a broad alliance. We have learned that the majority of the registered demonstrations were criminalized at short notice, and that there is even a demonstration ban zone around the venue of the founding congress. The police are already using violence, beatings, and pepper spray against demonstrators.

The justification: the demonstrators pose a threat to the life and limb of the assembly participants, the police and emergency services deployed, and uninvolved third parties. The police also report that they are being attacked with stones by demonstrators.

This action is part of the fascistization of the German state apparatus and a confirmed, planned action against the growing anti-fascist movement. It represents a new level of acute fascist danger in Germany, with the state suppressing anti-fascism and promoting the fascist AfD.

It is also part of the global trend toward fascism. Following Trump’s classification of Antifa as a terrorist organization, an international campaign has been launched in recent weeks to slander and criminalize anti-fascist forces. Antifa was also banned in the Netherlands a month ago.

The fascists are internationally networked and obviously unified in this approach. It is therefore hardly a coincidence that the anti-fascist movement is now also to be criminalized in Germany. In Germany, the AfD wants to gain massive influence over young people, both ideologically and politically, with its new youth organization.

We, as Weltfrauen, strongly protest against this action and against the attempt to establish fascism as a suitable form of government—based on this theoretical seminar, we Weltfrauen and young Worldwomen will intensify the anti-fascist struggle!

4.14 Resolution Rojava

The 2nd theoretical seminar in Nepal 2025 salutes the women fighting in Rojava and throughout Syria.

From Palestine to Sudan to Kurdistan, women are at the forefront of the resistance against war and imperialism. This struggle is a guide for women resisting throughout the world.

We send our greetings to the struggle of women in Rojava and throughout Syria who are defending their freedom, their achievements, and their existence. Although women’s achievements are at the center of every critical phase, the revolution is determined to preserve women’s hard-won rights. Women are fighting tirelessly to protect their own defense forces, their right to representation, and their freedom of life through measures such as co-chairing and quota regulations.

Currently, the revolution in Rojava faces many challenges. In addition to ongoing shelling by the reactionary Turkish regime, the revolution and its achievements are also threatened by the takeover of power by the murderous HTS gangs. Militant women, particularly Alawite and Druze women, face harassment, rape, kidnapping, and attacks by the reactionary and misogynistic HTS troops.

The 2nd theoretical seminar of World Women condemns the murderous and misogynistic violence of the HTS gangs!

As grassroots women, we stand behind the women in Rojava and throughout Syria who continue to fight for their liberation with determination and courage!
From Gaza to Rojava – long live international women’s solidarity!

4.16 Resolution on Iran

We are aware that many activists, including Pakhshan Azizi, Vrishe Moradi and Sharife Mohamadi, are imprisoned and face execution by the Islamic Regime of Iran. More than 1000 people, including many women have been executed in the past few months. For two years, female political prisoners have protested weekly inside prisons, demanding  their rights, freedom and equality.

Thefore, we condemn islamic regime in Iran for brutality against women, political prisoners and capital punishment. We demand immidate stop of execution for three brave women activists and free all political prisoners.

In solidarity with women prisoners and women’s liberation in Iran.
