1. For the decision on event venues and their costs, the elected finance team is tasked with quickly drawing up a detailed proposal that is comprehensible to all. The finance team will take into account the arguments and positions of today’s discussion and the hosts’ note that this must be decided in August. Unanimously decided

2. The conference fees for the Theoretical Seminar from November 27, 2025, to November 29, 2025, in Kathmandu, Nepal, are:

For Europe: €65.00

For Africa, Latin America, and

MNO, Asia: €20.00

For Nepal as the host country with a

mass mobilization: €12.00

3. Within the framework of the IOC, Karola, Suse (coordinators), Frieder (assistant), and Halinka (Netherlands) will travel to Nepal for five days at the beginning of October for joint preparations (event technology, translation equipment, room inspection) in the host country. Immediately after the trip, a written report on the status of the preparations will be prepared.
